Damage and Returns

Our aim is your 100% satisfaction, If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will do our best to make things right for you.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order free of charge up to 48 hours after the order was placed and if the order has not been physically shipped.

All unshipped orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $40 administration fee.

If your order has been shipped, a standard return procedure applies.

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Return Policy 

Our return policy is the same as the manufacturer’s (supplier/brand) return policy. Refer to Manufacturer's Warranty Policies page for details on each manufacturer’s policies. 

Timelines for returns vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Some manufacturers do not accept returns at all (especially if there has been a custom build).

Please Note: If the manufacturer does not accept returns according to their policies, then neither will we. All items are returned to the manufacturer not to Electric Bikes For All.

If you are unsatisfied with your order and wish to return it, notify us by email at support@electricbikesforall.com. We do not handle return requests by phone.

We will contact the manufacturer and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from them. We will also provide you with the shipping address to which you will return the product in its original packing. It will then be for you to take the item to a FedEx or UPS store for shipping.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs (including insurance), as well as a restocking fee (typically around 25%) per the manufacturer’s return policy, This will be deducted from your return. Please note that original shipping charges included in our “free shipping” offer are not refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

The product returned must be in new (never used and no sign of wear and tear) and resellable condition, together with all items, such as manuals and accessories, originally included by the manufacturer.

Once the returned product arrives at the manufacturer’s address, it will be inspected and, if it is in satisfactory condition, the refund will be processed to the credit card originally used for payment.

Shipping Damage

While our e-bikes are packed in well designed shipping cartons, there can sometimes be issues with shipping damage while the product is in the hands of the carrier.

Be sure to inspect the packaging of your product carefully when it arrives. If the product is damaged, sign for it as “Damaged” and we will immediately process a claim with the carrier on your behalf and have the item replaced.

If you sign for the product as “Not Damaged” then there is more of a process and you will have to provide dated photos and documentation detailing the damage. Send this information to support@electricbikesforall.com and we will process the insurance claim with the carrier for you.

Defective Product/Warranty Policy

If it is your opinion that the product has reached you with damage or with a defect unrelated to shipping, email us immediately with photos and details to support@electricbikesforall.com and we will submit a warranty claim to the manufacturer. You will need to do this timely in order to comply with the manufacturer’s warranty policies. Please refer to the Manufacturer's Warranty Policies page.
