Professional Assembly for Your E-Bike!

The e-bike we ship to you will arrive in its carton mostly (up to around 85%) already assembled. And the carton will contain instructions for completing assembly. This generally means attaching pedals, attaching the handlebar, making adjustments and making sure connection points are tight and secure.

The majority of our customers are sufficiently comfortable with bicycles to complete the assembly process themselves. These videos shows the process with a couple of our Nakto e-bikes. It is pretty typical of most e-bikes.

However, for those who would prefer someone else do this, we offer free professional assembly by your local bike shop.

How this works:

1. You identify a local bike shop that will do bike assembly. This is a very common service that is typically performed for around $50.
2. In the Order Note at Checkout, you provide us with the name, address, and phone number of the bike shop, together with a contact person.
3. We will ship your e-bike to your local bike shop for assembly.
4. Once the job is done and you have taken delivery of your e-bike, email to us the bike shop receipt and we will reimburse you up to $50.
